FOX 32 Chicago Features Rags of Honor’s Efforts to Support Ukrainian Refugees

At Rags of Honor, our mission has always been to support homeless veterans, but we’re now extending that commitment to help Ukrainian refugees as well. As featured by FOX 32 Chicago, we’re contributing in two powerful ways: first, by selling t-shirts designed by one of our veterans, inspired by a female Ukrainian soldier with a yellow and blue flower in her hair. Second, we’re leading the collection of essential supplies, including diapers and medical equipment, to deliver to those affected by the war.

The shirts, sold by local high school students, raise funds for Ukrainian orphanages, while the supplies, ranging from diapers to medical equipment, are delivered to Poland and distributed at the Ukrainian border by two special ops veterans. Through these efforts, Rags of Honor demonstrates its commitment to helping vulnerable communities both at home and abroad.
